DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY
At The lifee, we pride ourselves accurate and quick delivery. We make every effort to ensure you receive your order within 2-3 working days. In the event that we unable to deliver your order within the prescribed time frame, we will inform you in advance. Our delivery times are from Saturday to Thursday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Should you wish to cancel your order, please notify us telephonically on +971 052 439 3199 or by email to email@example.com. Please do let us know the reason for your cancellation in order that we may improve our service and products offered. No cancellation charges will apply if the order is canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours of confirming the order – we will process a refund after deducting 10% of the invoice value (this is to compensate certain administrative and other expenses involving booking and cancellation).
Should you decide to return your purchase, simply merchandise with all tags attached in the original box packaging to us within five (5) days of delivery.
Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned individually.
In the event that you wish to return your order, we will process your request after deducting 10% of the invoice value or a fee of AED 20 – whichever value is higher (this is to compensate for certain administrative and other expenses involving booking and cancellation.
Should you wish we are able to exchange your order for a different size subject to stock availability and our returns policy. Delivery charges for exchanged products will be the responsibility of the customer.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Items purchased subject to promotion or discount codes will not be refunded. When the item is defective we will exchange it under the terms of our Returns & Exchange Policy.
In the event that your order is received damaged we will offer exchange or repair of the item subject to stock availability. Items damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be considered defective.
The Dubai Bazaar offers free shipping of products with manufacturing, delivery defects or not as displayed that are returned by you. We will endeavor to have a new product delivered to you as soon as possible!
We will process a refund as soon as we receive the returned product(s) in an acceptable condition. We will refund your payment per the original mode of payment subject to deduction and excluding the delivery costs Where you have paid through electronic means (Credit/Debit card) then your refund may be paid directly back to your card, depending upon individual’s standard Bank prerequisites, the refund may take up to a month to reflect on your card statement. Please note that for payments made by credit card will be refunded to the charged card only.
SIZING & COLOUR SPECIFICATIONS
We make every effort to correctly describe the product however variations may occur through no fault of our own and we accordingly cannot guarantee the color will be identical to that displayed on our site.
Sizing may differ according to the item type and you are welcome to return for an alternate size subject to our returns policy and stock availability.
